The property tax rate for the City of Bunker Hill Village, adopted by the City Council, for the 2024 tax year is: $0.271 per $100 valuation.
The property tax rate is composed of two parts:
Debt Service: $ 0.030000
General M&O: $ 0.241000
TOTAL $ 0.271
THE CITY OF BUNKER HILL VILLAGE ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR'S TAX RATE.
THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 0.04 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $5.31.

Utility Rates

Utilities are billed bi-monthly: January-February, March-April, May-June, July-August, September-October, and November-December.
