Harris County Precinct 3 is expected to begin debris removal operations on Monday, May 20, 2024. All debris must be stacked in the right of way (ROW) in accordance with staging guidelines. Please note that due to the extensive coverage area, collection may not be immediate and may take a few days to several weeks. Please do not park vehicles on the street near debris piles and do not stack items on top of meter boxes, water valves, inlets, ditches, etc.
